The Women’s Bible Study was established in March 2010 and is women centered. This bible study was derived as a project from the 2009 Women’s Day so that the women could continue to connect spiritually on a regular basis. The mission of this women’s group is to study the word of God learning to be doers and not just hearers only. We are leaning that talk is cheap and that walking in God’s word though challenging is attainable.
Working out our own salvation with fear and trembling is a very important factor. Learning not to judge others and examining ourselves before our dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is something that we are constantly working on with the Lord as our guide. As we grow in our relationship with the Lord we are growing in our relationship with one another. With the Lord in charge and in our midst as women we are learning to listen, encourage, support, and trust in one another.
We have prayer lists that are created so that we are praying for other and one another. We are each other SAPs and have a phone list of the class members so that we can keep in touch with one another in between our sessions. The Lord has allowed so many great works including spiritual growth as women to come to past in our study.
Praise your Holy name dear Lord who sits on High. Thank you for the women’s bible study and for each session that we have been a part of and the ones to come. You Dear Lord are worthy of all of the praise.
